RAWALPINDI: Italy’s Minister of Defence, Senator Roberta Pinotti called of Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif at General Headquarters on Tuesday.
An ISPR press release said matters of mutual interest including defence collaboration and reginal security came under discussion.
The Italian defence minister lauded success and achievements of operation Zarb-e-Azb and acknowledged resolve and sacrifices of Pakistan nation and armed forces in the fight against terrorism. .
