Pakistani soldiers are among the world’s best: Army chief

General Raheel Sharif, COAS visited field area near Attock and witnessed the ongoing Pakistan-Russia joint exercise “ DRUZBAH”

Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif on Thursday visited field area near Attock and witnessed the ongoing Pakistan-Russia joint exercise ‘DRUZBAH” which started on September 27.

According to ISPR, General Raheel Sharif paid tributes to both armies and said Pakistan Army troops are the most battle-hardened and experienced. He added that Pakistani soldiers were regarding as one the best in the world and Russian troops were rated among the best contemporary armies.

The Army chief further said such joint military exercises will provide an excellent opportunity to participating troops to learn from each others' experience in the domain of counter terrorism.
