KHANEWAL: In a targeted action by the Counter Terrorism Department on Saturday, four alleged terrorists affiliated with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan were killed, however their two accomplices managed to flee from the spot.
According to the sources privy to development, two grenades and other weapons were recovered in the operation.
The CTD claimed to have unearthed a terror plot, which was to target law enforcement agents, political figures and important sites of Khanewal.
