KARACHI: Intelligence agencies will grill 43 Indian nationals who arrested by the Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) a day ago from Pakistan's eastern territorial waters, sources told Geo News on Sunday.

PMSA had arrested these Indian citizens from within Pakistan's territorial waters in the east. They were brought to Karachi, along with their boats.

Sources informed that the suspects will be interrogated by personnel of the intelligence agencies.

On Friday, Pakistan Navy checked an Indian submarine which was attempting to sneak into Pakistani waters. A day after, Pakistani troops shot down an Indian quad copter while filming Pakistani military positions along the Line of Control (LoC).

For nearly three months now, Indian forces have been violating the ceasefire agreement along the LoC and the Working Boundary. The aggressive posturing and continuing unprovoked fire by India has resulted in martyrdom of a number of Pakistani civilians and military troops.

Pakistan has repeatedly protested against the border violations on the diplomatic level, while the Pakistan Army and Rangers have also been responding to the Indian firing and shelling in in equal measure, effectively targeting the Indian posts.
