The clashes occurred on old family dispute, police sources said.
A man sustained critical injuries during the shootout who has been shifted to hospital.
Heavy police contingents arrived on the crime scene and cordoned off the area to commenced investigation, sources said.
No FIR has been lodged as yet, witnesses said.
