Angelina turns film director

HUNGARY: Angelina Jolie looks like she’s getting stuck right in to her latest role as film director.

Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie has scuttled behind the camera and is busy filming her directorial debut on location in Budapest, Hungary.

And it looks like Ange is enjoying every second: making sure that every detail is correct, instructing the team around her and bending down to look through a rusty old car prop to get the angle just right.

United Love Story, which Angelina wrote, tells the Romeo and Juliet-syle story of a Serbian man and Bosnian woman who meet on the eve of the 1992-95 Bosnian war (just for all you fact fans out there).

The new director said of her £10million movie: “There are many twists in the plot that address the sensitive nature of the relationship between the main characters, and that will be revealed once the film is released. My hope is that people will hold judgement until they have seen the film.”
