KARACHI: In a clash between Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) workers belonging from estranged factions in the wee hours of Tuesday, an elected Union Council Chairman suffered injuries, said sources.
Sheikh Mushtaq alleged that the party workers of PIB sector, affiliated with MQM`s London chapter attacked him at Arif flate area near Nagin Chowrangi. “They tortured me and were seen doing ariel firing in the area,” he said. Wounds were visible on Mushtaq`s legs.
