‘No hindrance in getting student visa’
FAISALABAD: There is no hindrance in getting student visa as UK always welcome Pakistani students genuinely interested in education.

Robert W. Gibson, British Deputy High Commissioner and Director Trade & Investment in Pakistan said addressing the students and faculty members in The University of Faisalabad (TUF) here on Wednesday.

He also inaugurated the new Telecommunication Lab in the Department of Electrical Engineering in the university and said that besides the bilateral trade, UK has also strong links with Pakistan in education sector.

He told that every year more than 10,000 Pakistani students go to UKfor higher education.

Mr. Robert visited different departments, labs, and library of the university and appreciated the provision of modern infrastructure facilities and quality education.

Professor Dr Riaz-ul-Haq Tariq, Rector and Major (Retired) Izhar-ul-Ahsan, Registrar of the University, briefed the guests about Madina Foundation and The University of Faisalabad.
