Two children among five killed in two accidents

CHINIOT: Five persons, including two children were killed and another sustained injuries in two separate road accidents here on Tuesday.

According to police, an accident occurred near Kamalpur on Faisalabad road when a car (LXL-4531) overturned after a head on collision with another car.

As a result, three school going children identified as Hassan Ali, his sister Rimsha and their cousin Shehryar died instantly,while the car driver sustained injuries.

In another incident, a motorbike (FDM-5502) with two riders identified as Muhammad Ali and Nawaz, resident of chak no 145 Salarwala, were killed when their two-wheeler rammed into a dumper truck (LSA-3251) coming from the opposite direction on Chiniot-Lahore road some 18 kms.
