In a random act of kindness, Coldplay’s lead vocalist Chris Martian paid an unexpected visit to a fan with cancer, hours before the band’s concert on Tuesday.
The musician visited cancer patient Ken Valiant Santiago at a hospital, a few hours before his concert at Manila's seaside Mall of Asia Arena Concert Grounds, Philippines.
A picture of Chris with Ken was shared on social media by the organiser of the concert, Rhiza Pascua.
She wrote: "Chris Martin, you are an angel! Thank you for making Ken very happy!!"

Earlier, the patient’s brother had asking the band to say hello to Ken, who had purchased a ticket to the concert but could not go.
