Speaking to the media in Lahore, Sadiq said that even if Khan sends the ballot papers to the CIA and FIA along with NADRA, still the outcome will be what it was originally.
The Speaker National Assembly went on to say that no matter what the PTI chief does, success will still be with him (Sadiq).
He further said that he was never involved in the act of rigging in the past and neither did he do any such thing during the General Elections 2013, adding that his intentions were always pure.
On March 4, the election tribunal hearing the NA-122 and PP-147 case gave its reply to the PTI chief’s plea regarding voters’ thumb impressions.
The tribunal accepted Khan’s plea and directed NADRA to confirm the verification of thumb impression of voters.
In addition, the tribunal also ordered NADRA to verify the electoral record of all the ballot papers of candidates from the two constituencies.
