Shopkeepers in Sialkot assault women for allegedly stealing clothes
Police have filed cases against four men, two of whom have been arrested and sent on a judicial remand

SIALKOT: Police have arrested two men for assaulting women in the Subedar bazaar of Daska Tehsil after accusing them of stealing clothes from shops.
A video shared on social media showed a group of shopkeepers slapping and pulling the hair of women while they are sitting on chairs with children in their laps.
The women accused of stealing were eventually let go by the shopkeepers.
Local police have filed cases against four men, two of whom have been arrested and sent on judicial remand.
The shop where the incident took place remains closed.
