KARACHI: The tortured student of Cadet College Larkana — under treatment in the United States — has been given the permission to return to Pakistan.

According to the boy’s father Muhammad Rashid, medical board of the hospital has completed the examination of Muhammad Ahmed’s condition, including the endoscopy of his throat and nose, pronouncing him fit to return to his home country.

However, while talking to Geo News Rashid said they were waiting for the Sindh government to provide them with tickets.

Ahmed along with his father is expected to return by the end of this week. He has been in Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Ohio, US since February 14.

The Sindh government sent the cadet college student to US for treatment of the internal injuries he got after a teacher of his institute brutally tortured him.
