Have not contacted any party over Article 62, 63: Ayaz Sadiq

LAHORE: Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq on Tuesday said that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has not contacted any political party over any proposed changes in Article 62, 63 of the Constitution.

Addressing the media after a high-level party meeting, Sadiq said an important bill on election reforms will be passed on Thursday, adding that democracy needs to be strengthened in a way which will ensure that the sanctity of the vote is not violated.
