Unmanned aircraft fired at least six missiles at the targets in Mir Ali village, 25 kilometres (16 miles) east of Miranshah, the tribal district's main town as a result 12 people were killed.
Earlier, three drones fired four missiles at a vehicle as a result six people were killed. Three more bodies were also brought to a local hospital.
The identities of the dead were not immediately clear.
