Sattar had summoned a session of the local government officials and reviewed their performance.
The party's Raabita Committee said if a discrepancy between the tenders and results is found then the administration of the central district should be changed.
Sattar also demanded a report from the mayor and deputy mayor.
The MQM-P chief, while reprimanding Mayor Waseem Akhtar, said that he was ‘causing embarrassment to him’.
Upon the question of performance, an exchange of words also took place between Akhtar and party leader Kamran Tessori.
