According to police, the family of Muhammad Yousuf of Husainabad went to sleep after leaving the gas heater on. At night, a quilt accidentally caught fire which engulfed the room and suffocated 12-year-old Rimsha Yousuf to death.
However, other victims were shifted to hospital where their condition is out of danger.
