Our very own Malala Yousafzai has made it to the list of world's influential women, released by Harper Bazaar.

The women’s magazine released the list as part of its 150th anniversary celebrations, to acknowledge “high-achieving” and inspirational women in “industries ranging from fashion, beauty and travel to finance, science and the arts”.

Malala made to the list of “Opinion Formers” for her efforts for promoting female education, including starting a school for Syrian refugee girls in Lebanon.

Others in this sub-list include Amal Clooney, Emma Watson and JK Rowling.

Emma Thompson, Kate Winston and Salma Hayek also appeared in the ‘150 Visionary Women list’.
