RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Rangers Punjab alongside intelligence agencies conducted an intelligence-based operation (IBO) and detained four terrorists from Dera Ghazi Khan. 

According to a statement released by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) wing of the Pakistan Army, the terrorists are affiliated with the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and were involved in attacks on law enforcers and assassinations of police officials in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab provinces. 

Automatic weapons, ammunition and hand grenades were also recovered from the terrorists, the statement concluded.
