PSO resumes oil supply to Railways
KARACHI: Pakistan State Oil (PSO), in view of overcoming worries regarding anticipated halt in rail traffic, has immediately resumed oil supply to Pakistan Railways on Thursday, Geo News reported.

Meanwhile, PSO has also sought details pertaining to payments due to be received from Railways, sources said.

According to PSO spokesman, the company has resolved provision of 14,00,000 liters oil supply to Pakistan Railways.

He linked the decision to avoidance of anticipated halt in rail service, which might have been witnessed from today (Thursday).

However, he denied confirming company’s next oil supply to railways, adding that Pakistan Railways owes Rs.75 crore to PSO at this point of time.

PSO has also asked for details regarding payments of dues on railways, he added.
