Personal enmity claims five lives in Lakki Marwat: police

LAKKI MARWAT: Five people were killed in a shooting incident in Lakki Marwat on Monday, with police saying the incident was a result of personal enmity.

The incident took place in Bakhmal Ahmed Zai area of Lakki Marwat district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, when a group of men opened fire on a car of members from a rival group inside.

As a consequence, five men were killed, while a passer-by was injured, they said. The injured person was shifted to District Headquarters Hospital.

The law enforcers say they have not yet registered a case, nor have the bereaved relatives nominated anyone.
