Only PPP can resolve Pakistan's problems: Zardari

KUNRI: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Co-Chairperson Asif Ali Zardari on Sunday said that only his party can bring to an end the problems of Pakistan. 

“Only PPP can help the people of Pakistan,” Zardari said while addressing a workers' convention in Kunri today (Sunday). "Neither Nawaz [Sharif] nor the fake Khan [Imran Khan] have the ability to solve the problems of this country." 

Taking a hit at his political opponent and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, Zardari said that the former premier purposefully created problems in Pakistan to 'fill his own pockets.' 

He added that PPP is the only party that has the vision to combat challenges facing Pakistan and promised the people to get them 'what is rightfully theirs.' 

"We know how to take care of Pakistan and steer it through rough waters."

The PPP co-chairman said that PPP will continue serving the people in need and expressed his confidence that the party will 'clean sweep' the upcoming general elections.

"We will definitely take the government from them [PML-N][in the upcoming elections] if our friends continue supporting us and praying for the party."
