Fly-overs to end traffic problems

MULTAN: After the completion of flyovers the traffic-related problems of the city would be resolved once for all.

DCO Khurram Agha said this on Friday during a visit to under-construction fly-over at Kalma Chowk and a newly built mosque here.

"The citizens are facing great deal of inconvenience due to construction of fly-overs in the city, however, their problems would be resolved once for all."

The DCO lauded the people and the government departments whose land was acquired for fly-over schemes and expansion of city roads.

Later, the DCO planted saplings along the newly built boundary wall of the cooperatives department.

EDOR Javed Akhtar, EDO community development Mehmood Javed Bhatti, besides EDOs of education, IT, agriculture, health, works and services, finance and planning, district cooperatives officer Rana Mohammad Wilayat, assistant registrar Chaudhry Asmat Mehmood, Malik Ghulam Abbas, Mohammad Nawaz Haraj, Jamshed Khan and Malik Riaz also accompanied the DCO.
