KARACHI: Three laborers received burn injuries when fire broke out in a local company in Korangi Industrial Area here on Saturday, police and rescue sources said.
They said that the fire broke out due to electric short-circuit in AGF Factory in Koarangi Industrial Area Sector number 24. As a result three laborers, Kamil 30, Abdul Qadir 25 and Irshad 27, received burn injuries. The rescue teams rushed to the scene and extinguished the fire.
The injured were shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi for medical treatment. Machinery worth millions of rupees was damaged in fire.
