SRCA donates polyester quilts for flood victims
PESHAWAR: Saudi Relief Committee for Afghanistan (SRCA) has handed over 12000, polyester quilts worth Rs.12 million for onward distribution among the flood affected deserving families of Orakzai Agency to FATA Disaster Management Authority (FDMA) in Peshawar.

DG, FDMA Arshad Khan was chief guest of the ceremony while representatives of SRCA Suliman Alshuaib and Ibrahim and Abdullah Khan Director Saudi Relief Committee Khyber Pakhtunkhwa attended the function.

It is worth mentioning that under King Abdullah Relief Programme, SRCA will distribute 45000, quilts in Khyber PakhtunKhwa province while the body has already distributed 18000, quilts in Chitral, DI Khan, Upper and lower Dir areas.

Similarly SRCA will start distribution of to the remaing quilts in Kohistan, Shangla and Swat with next week with the cooperation of PDMA.

Moreover all relief works are carried out under the direct supervision of Prince Naof Bin Abdul Aziz, the Saudi Interior Minister and Dr. Khalid Mohammad Alothmani, the Regional Director of King Abdullah Relief Programme in Islamabad.
