MULTAN: Anti Terrorism Court-1 (ATC) here on Thursday sent 3 accused on physical remand for seven days in dacoity cum murder case.
According to the prosecution, three alleged dacoits identified as Ibrahem, Abid and Muhammad Umair entered into a jewellers shop at Jalalpur and snatched five kilogram gold ornaments and cash Rs 0.6 millions at gun point on July 22, 2010.
The dacoits also opened fire and injured Qalandar Bakhash, Muhammad Yaar, Mujahid and Abid when they tried to resist.
Later, Qalandar Bakhash died due to bullet injuries.
The Anti Terrorism Court (ATC1) sent the accused on physical remand for seven days. They will be produced before the court on March 3.
