US national Aaron files bail plea

PESHAWAR: US citizen, Aaron Mark De Haven who was arrested for his illegal accommodation due to an expired visa, has filed a bail plea in the court, Geo News reported on Saturday.

Earlier, local court of Peshawar sent Aaron to jail on 14-day judicial remand. He was presented in the court amid tight security.

Aaron told the court that he had come to Pakistan on a work visa and run a company named Catalyst Services, and he has already submitted an application to Home Ministry for visa extension.

The court has sought record of Aaron from police on next hearing on Feb 28.(GEO URDU)
