QUETTA: The provincial capital has received 45 millimeter of rain during the last 24 hours. The city would get more rain and snow on hilltops of the city for next 12 hours.
According to the Metrological department statement issued on Tuesday, Quetta city for the last 24 hours received 45 millimeters of downpour and is likely to get more rain and snow fall on hills around the valley during the next 12 hours.
It rained 49 mm in Quetta, 21 each in Dalbandine, Nokundi and Kalat, and 21 in Zhob while in Khuzdar it recorded as 4.5 mm for last 24 hours.
The intermittent shower and snow on the hilltops of the city have further dropped the mercury.
As per the Met office, more rainfall has been predicted for the areas including Quetta, Kalat, Sibi, Zhob and Naseerabad division for the next 12 hours.(APP)
