The third arrested person is Abid Ali, a proclaimed offender.
According to the police, accused had abducted a boy Risat Ali from Chak No.375-GB and demanded a Rs.5 lakh as ransom for his release. After abducting the boy, the kidnappers brought the abductee on Syed Wala Road where a police party chased and apprehended them. (APP)
