The cylinder in the tri-wheeler (rickshaw) burst out in congested Hashtnagri Railway Pattak, police said. Two motor cars parked nearby damaged in the explosion.
The injured were shifted to the nearby hospital for treatment. The condition of all the injured is stated to be out of danger.
