Aleem Dar, Simon Taufel to umpire WC final

MUMBAI: Pakistan’s Aleem Dar and Australian umpire Simon Taufel will supervise World Cup Final to be played between Sri Lanka and India on 2nd April in Mumbai, ICC announced on Thursday.

Australian umpire Simon Taufel and Pakistani Umpire who is declared ‘Umpire of the year’ Aleem Dar will supervise this match however New Zealand's Jeff Crowe has been named the match referee with England's Ian Gould and Steve Davis of England being the third and fourth umpires respectively.
