SARGODHA: Two young girls were killed in Sargodhga on honour killing charges on Sunday, Geo News reported.
According to police, first incident took place in a village in the suburb area where a 15-year girl, Aasiya, was allegedly stabbed to death as the deceased wanted to make love marriage. The killer was her father.
Subsequently, accused succeeded to flee after committing crime, police sources told media. Dead body has been moved to District Hospital for autopsy.
Meanwhile in another incident in a suburb village, a man stabbed her real sister to death on suspicion of illicit relations with a boy. Later, the outlaw managed to flee crime scene, police sources said.
Police officials described both incidents as ‘Honour Killings’.
FIRs of two murders have been lodged, police claimed adding that the investigations have been kicked off and search operation for suspects’ arrests are on.
