ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party leader Khursheed Shah said on Monday that one province facing issue can cause disruption to an entire system.

The PPP leader was speaking to media where he said that one person is constantly making statements which do not support the political system.

He further said that his party does not want to initiate a campaign which can potentially cause harm to the system.

“I hope the government will not take any such unconstitutional measure,” said the former opposition leader.

Khursheed Shah said that the PPP wants democracy to prosper in the country.

While responding to a question regarding Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry’s statements of Sindh government’s days being numbered, Shah said that he will not respond to it.

“What is there to comment on Chaudhry’s words. I could have commented if it were a senior parliamentarian,” remarked Shah.

He further said that the committee constituted to probe General Election 2018 rigging , will hold its first session tomorrow.
