Saudi action in Yemen is lawful: Senator Sajid Mir

ISLAMABAD: Ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Senator Professor Sajid Mir said on Thursday, that if the United States can attack Iraq under the pretext of self defence, then Saudi Arabia also has the right to attack in self defence.

Addressing the parliament Senator Mir added that Saudi action in Yemen is lawful. He stressed that during times of need the Saudi King has stood by Pakistan and Pakistan should also stand by the Saudi Kingdom.

Senator Mir added that Pakistan should consider Saudi Arabia’s problems as its own.
