KARACHI: Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC)’s spokesman has said the company has commenced a campaign to curb electricity stealing from today (Wednesday), Geo News reported.
According to KESC, the campaign will focus on those areas where non-payment of electricity tariff and power stealing has become a common habit.
FIR will also be lodged against all those involved in electricity stealing while their connections will also be suspended, he said.
Also, he appealed to the honest consumers to stop electricity stealing and point out elements involved in such activities.
