LAHORE: The case of alleged misbehavior by Gilgit Baltistan (GB) Tourism Minister Fida Hussain with Islamabad airport staff was adjourned till December 3rd due to the minister's absence at the hearing.
A bench under Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar was hearing the case at the Supreme Court's Lahore registry regarding the alleged misbehaviour of the minister with the arrival incharge at the Islamabad airport.

On Friday, Justice Nisar had taken notice of the alleged misbehaviour and had summoned Hussain and the airport official to appear at the apex court’s Lahore registry on November 17.
The SC press release stated that the chief justice had taken notice of the alleged misbehaving of Fida Hussain with the arrival in charge at the entrance of the airport. “As per media reports, the incident took place over a Flight delay due to bad weather and the minister pushed the arrival incharge so hard that he stumbled.
On Thursday, the Gilgit Baltistan minister was among passengers of PK-507 scheduled to travel from Islamabad to Gilgit who protested after their flight was delayed due to bad weather.
A video of Fida Hussain showed him pushing the airport official saying not to “waste his time.”
In another video, Hussain was also seen burning clothes at the airport and stopping staff who came to extinguish the fire.
The protest came to an end after assurances by the airport manager.
