ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Marriyum Aurangzeb has accused the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government of stealing projects which were initiated by her party.
In a video message on Monday, Aurangzeb said the real problem of the PTI government was lying.
Referring to MOUs on money-laundering, Aurangzeb claimed these were signed by former finance minister Ishaq Dar and stolen by Prime Minister Imran Khan.
“The real problem of this government is that it lies. The 26 MoUs were signed by Ishaq Dar.”
She added that the PTI government would steal the projects of the PML-N. “An example is when the plate of Shehbaz Sharif was removed and replaced with Imran Khan’s at the Sialkot University.”
According to Aurangzeb, all the projects launched by the PTI government would actually be those which were initiated by the PML-N. “Allah has taken away prosperity from this government due to their lying.”
The PML-N leader also called Prime Minister Imran Khan insecure as he was talking about midterm elections.
Last week in an interview with television anchors, Prime Minister Imran Khan had hinted at early elections in the country.
Reacting to the prime minister, PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif had commented that his party was always ready for early polls.
