ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Mohammad Khan has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan will attend an ongoing session of the National Assembly on Thursday.

The state minister said so during his appearance on Geo News' show 'Capital Talk'. He said the prime minister's participation in the session "reinforces" the House.

During the show, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) lawmaker Rana Sanaullah lamented that their vehicles were searched and the security guards asked them if they carried eggs with them.

Pakistan Peoples Party's Naveed Qamar responded saying, "Whoever tended to disturb the system only he would bring eggs with him."

Commenting on State Minister Murad Saeed's claim, Sanaullah questioned what would happen of Imran Khan if the claims of [opposition members] seeking a National Reconciliation Ordinance turned out to be false.

To this, Ali Mohammad said Saeed would name the individuals who sought an NRO at an appropriate time.
