'The Legend of Maula Jutt' trailer leaves Twitter in awe

The trailer for Bilal Lashari's 'The Legend of Maula Jatt' was released on Friday evening and Twitterati are in awe. 

The power-packed trailer shows Fawad Khan, Mahira Khan and Hamza Ali Abbasi in completely different avatars and has everyone eagerly waiting for the release of the film.

Soon after the trailer was released, #TheLegendofMaulaJatt became the top trend on Twitter in Pakistan. From the sets to the cinematography and the avatars, Twitter could not believe that the trailer was that of a Pakistani film.

Several celebrities, including Ali Zafar and Indian filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, also tweeted about the trailer.

Mahira Khan, whose birthday it was a day earlier, also tweeted that she could feel all the birthday and "Maula love".

The film which will hit cinemas on Eidul Fitr 2019 also stars Humaima Malick, Gohar Rasheed, Faris Shafi, Shafqat Cheema, Nayyer Ejaz and Saima Baloch, among others.

'The Legend of Maula Jatt' will become the first film from Pakistan which will release in China on the same day as its domestic release.
