MULTAN: A video showing Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar forgetting to shake hands with Inspector General Police (IGP) Punjab Amjad Javed Saleem.
The incident took place at a passing out parade in Multan. The video shows IGP Punjab receiving a shield and then extending his hand towards the chief minister who turned and walked away.
“I am not trained and am learning discipline,” Chief Minister Buzdar replied when he was asked about the incident.
