FAISALABAD: Three people were killed in three incidents here on Saturday.
A young boy, Muhammad Imran, was shot dead allegedly by Muhammad Awais and accomplice at Chak 120 JB over a minor dispute.
After murdering the boy, the accused managed to flee after resorting to aerial firing. Police have registered a case and started investigation.
In yet another incident, Arsalan Ahmed, resident of Chak 275 JB was also shot dead allegedly by Rabnawaz and others over a litigation.
Arsalan was critically injured and moved to hospital, but could not survive. Thikri Wala Police have registered a murder case against Rabnawaz, Mehnga, Qaiser and three others.
Mumtaz Bibi of Chak 399 GB Tandlianwala was electrocuted when she touched a livewire of 11-KV.
Police have registered a case against SDO Aftab Ahmed Qureshi and line superintendent whose supervision 11-KV electricity line was being laid in the area and the Fesco employees on duty had left the line unaccomplished which caused the death of the girl.
