ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said Thursday Pakistan does not wish for any group to create problems in the country.

Speaking in Geo News' programme Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Sath, Qureshi explained that tragic attacks such as the one in Pulwama allow India to question the campaign for freedom in Kashmir.

"It is, therefore, necessary that Pakistan's enemies do not get a chance to engage in blame games," he noted.

The foreign minister further underscored that it was necessary to bring "our own house in order" and that there was a "need to make decisions for the betterment and security of our country".

Earlier today, during a meeting of the National Security Council (NSC), Prime Minister Imran Khan directed the Army to respond "decisively and comprehensively" to any aggression or misadventure by India.

The NSC meeting had discussed geo-strategic and national security environment, as well as the situation arising after the Pulwama incident.
