Geo News obtains CCTV video of mugging in Karachi's Gulshan-e-Jamal
Before leaving with the snatched mobile phone, the robbers also resorted to violence

KARACHI: Geo News on Sunday obtained the closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage of a mugging here in the city's Gulshan-e-Jamal area wherein three armed suspects on motorcycles loot citizens and flee.
The suspects arrive on a bike, the video shows, and snatch the mobile phone of a citizen standing outside his home. Before leaving, the robbers also resort to violence.
On the other hand, the body of a man with a noose around the neck was recovered from Baldia Town's Naval Colony, authorities said.
Separately, one person was injured in Korangi's Zaman Town during a firing incident over resistance during a robbery attempt.
