ISLAMABAD: At least six people were killed and several others sustained injuries in bomb explosion that planted in passenger bus going towards Kharian from Kotlan, district Gujrat on Saturday, a private television news channels reported Saturday night.
According to Deputy Superintendent Police Mian Sultan, a passenger bus was moving towards Kharian from Kotlan when a bomb exploded with a big bang near police station at Chak Kamala.
He said that some six people were killed in the incident while several others sustained injuries.
DSP said that all the injured and dead were being shifted to nearby hospital.
Meanwhile, DPO said that police team have been asked to reach the site of incident.
