With a change in the recent political scenario at the federation, isolated Nawaz turned overnight into a diehard nationalist for winning some support from orphaned Sindh nationalist parties earlier met with the Awami Tahrik chief Rasool Bakhsh Palijo and later called on the Sindh Taraqqi Pasand Party chief Dr. Qadir Magsi.

Talking to media along with Magsi, he said that the political principles were run down and an alliance was made with the ‘Qatil League’. “When would the principled politics emerge, today the political principles were rubbished, where to this politics taking Pakistan, we will fight out this dirty politics,” he vowed.

He said, “Pakistan’s economy and sovereignty are at stake. It is over sixty years we haven’t left stretching our hand, we will not allow the sell out of the sovereignty of Pakistan.” He said that in both of his power stints ended before completion of the term, first by the president and secondly by the general. Musharraf terminated the government and made me hijacker. He further said that if he would have been allowed to rule for the ten years terms, then Pakistan today would have been on the way to progress.

Musharraf and Zardari had the hands in making him ineligible, the government was at odds with every organizations including the judiciary—had also taken a fight with the Punjab government—Governor ‘Raj’ was imposed and even today the constitution and the law were run down, he recollected. Nawaz vowed to fight this dirty politics.
