Four terrorists killed in Loralai operation: ISPR

Four terrorists including two suicide bombers were killed when security forces conducted a successful intelligence-based operation in Loralai, Balochistan as part of Operation Rad ul Fasad, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a press release on Tuesday.

The killed terrorists included the mastermind of recent terrorist activities in Balochistan belonging to proscribed TTP Loralai. According to ISPR, the terrorists were responsible for recent terrorist activities in the province and the martyrdom of six Levies personnel on 20 March 2019 at Sanjwai, Ziarat.

In the early morning operation, security forces cordoned off the area and terrorists opened fire and used grenades to impede forces movement as the tried to flee.

The four terrorists were killed by security forces during an intense exchange of fire. Cache of weapons, suicide jackets and heavy explosives, personal belongings including service cards and NICs of Levies personnel killed at Sanjawi were also recovered.

During operation, four security personnel sustained minor injuries.
