'Game of Thrones' returns on April 14 with its six-episode final season

HBO dropped a teaser on Tuesday evening just days before the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones hits our screen.
Called Aftermath, the one-minute teaser opens on a grim, wintry scene of devastation at Winterfell after a ferocious battle.
We see Jon Snow’s sword Longclaw is left abandoned in the ruins. As is Arya Stark’s Needle, Jaime Lannister’s gold hand, Bran Stark’s wheelchair and Tyrion Lannister’s Hand of the kingpin.
And if that wasn’t enough, HBO also released an extremely ominous new poster as well.
Game of Thrones returns on April 14 with its six-episode final season.
