KARACHI: Rangers on Wednesday night successfully and safely recovered two minor boys who had gone missing a day prior from near the metropolis' Bagh-e-Korangi area.

According to the brothers' father, Akhtar, the Rangers carried out an operation and recovered his sons. The boys — identified as Haris and Shayan — spoke of how their abductors had kept them in a locked room and subjected them to torture as well.

Akhtar, the father, had earlier told authorities that unidentified suspects on a motorcycle had kidnapped his sons and fled. A first information report (FIR) had then been filed at the Awami Colony police station.
