30 passengers injured as a bus overturns in Khairpur

KHAIRPUR: At last thirty passengers were injured including 10 children and women after a but they were on board overturned on Pir-jo-Goth Road in Kharipur on Sunday, Geo News reported.

Injured have been moved to hospital for medical attainment, sources said.

According to sources, the accident took place due to breakage of the tie rod of bus. Locals rescued the injured passengers from bus and shifted them to a nearby hospital.

Hospital sources said that the doctors have been called in on war-footing basis, adding that five injured passengers are critical in condition.
