RAWALPINDI: Imam-e-Kaaba Shaikh Abdul Elah Al-Juhani on Monday called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa and stressed the need for intensifying efforts to enhance peace and harmony in the Muslim world.

The Imam-e-Kaaba called on the COAS at the General Headquarters, Rawalpindi, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.

He expressed that Pakistan has a momentous place in the Muslim world and appreciated the country’s positive role for regional peace and stability.

The two figures also expressed satisfaction on the brotherly relations between the two countries, the statement read.
